Delete your Jumoball account

In the app (instant)

1. Open Jumoball and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

By e-mail

Send a request from the e-mail address linked to your account to info@codionsolutions.com. We process requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, e-mail, phone number, password, device tokens and wallet history are permanently removed. Order records are kept for accounting but anonymised (no name or phone). Unused wallet credit is forfeited, so use it or contact us before deleting.
